Owens Community College, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of Nursing & Health Professions. The Dean of Nursing and Health Professions is responsible for strategic leadership to develop an ever-improving institution as well as operational leadership for an effective, efficient, and dynamic College. While officially located at the Perrysburg, Ohio campus, this position plays a key role in serving Owens Community College’s Toledo-area campus and its Findlay-area campus in Findlay, Ohio, offering the opportunity to engage with and support both campus communities.

Owens Community College is a comprehensive community college established in 1965 to provide educational opportunities and training to the residents of its communities. With two campuses, the Toledo-area Campus and the Findlay-area Campus, the College serves a broad and diverse region. The School of Nursing and Health Professions at Owens Community College offers a comprehensive variety of programs that reflects the breadth of today’s healthcare workforce needs. From hands-on clinical disciplines such as Nursing, OTA, PTA, Radiologic Technology, and Surgical Technology to specialized fields like Cardiac and Vascular Sonography, MRI, and Health Information Technology, the School prepares graduates with both technical expertise and collaborative practice skills.
