Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM), in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant/Associate Dean of Student Services. ICOM seeks a highly qualified and passionate senior academic officer to provide strategic leadership for the Office of Student Services. Serving as a key member of the leadership team, the Assistant/Associate Dean will champion a student-centered environment, act as a trusted liaison between students, faculty, and administration, and guide the development of programs, policies, and services that support student success across the continuum of medical education.

Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine is a private medical school affiliated with Idaho State University. The College received full accreditation by the American Osteopathic Association’s Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) and graduated its inaugural class in May of 2022. Each class includes approximately 225 students, supported by more than 875 preceptor faculty and over 275 affiliated hospitals and health systems, with a 100% residency placement rate.
