Mary Baldwin University, in partnership with the national search firm of Scott Healy & Associates, is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Online and Graduate Enrollment working within an enrollment management environment. This recently elevated position will provide leadership to the online admissions operation and develop a Strategic and Operational Plan to achieve enrollment goals.

The AVP is responsible for strategic leadership and planning for the recruitment and enrollment of students seeking a degree online, both undergraduate and graduate academic offerings. The successful candidate will possess exceptional computer and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and be a proponent of a customer service admissions model.

The successful candidate should have experience with online education and be able to develop community college pathways including outreach strategies and articulation agreements. The AVP will be the liaison for all community college efforts to attract and enroll candidates.
