Dr. Michael Gerg has been selected as Bay Path University's new Program Director of the Master Degree Programs in Occupational Therapy

Dr. Gerg has worked in OT education for 15 years and has practiced as an occupational therapist for 26 years.  In addition to this appointment he has held other full time academic appointments as the onsite Program Coordinator for Creighton University’s Phoenix occupational therapy hybrid pathway in Arizona, Assistant Professor and Director of Progression and Retention for the OTD and MOT occupational therapy programs at A. T. Still University in Mesa, AZ, Program Director of the occupational therapy assistant program at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and clinical instructor/Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He earned his BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and both his Master of Science and Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Temple University. He holds additional certifications in hand therapy and ergonomics.
