Scott Healy & Associates congratulates Mr. Jason McCoy on being named Vice President for Enrollment Management at Waynesburg University.

After a 16-year career in military service and public safety Jason McCoy founded Red Pass Training Solutions, a company specializing in providing individuals and organizations with cutting edge strategies for risk mitigation and response. In 2020 Jason transitioned into Higher Education as the Director of Concurrent Enrollment and Career Technical Education for Southern Utah University. This position entailed the leadership of an agile team who connect non-traditional populations of learners to higher education opportunities. His office was responsible for the fiscal management of over $5.5 million in state and federal grant funding to include those provided by the Carl D. Perkin V and H1-B Closing the Skills Gap programs.

Jason is currently applying transformational leadership principles and lean management practices as the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services at Fairmont State University in Fairmont West Virginia. In this role he applies a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and relationship building to enhance the admissions and financial aid experience of students, staff, and faculty.
