Northwestern College, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of founding Program Director, Pathologists’ Assistant Program. This is a rare opportunity for an innovative and visionary leader to launch and shape Northwestern College's inaugural Master of Science in Pathologists' Assistant Studies program. As the founding Program Director, you will build the program from the ground up, establishing its academic vision, culture, curriculum, clinical partnerships, and reputation while preparing the next generation of pathologists' assistants. Ideal for a certified Pathologists’ Assistant seeking to transition into higher education or an experienced educator ready to lead a growing program.
