Maine Maritime Academy has partnered with Scott Healy & Associates, assigning Ms. Delsie Phillips, an Associate of SH & A, as Special Assistant to the President for Enrollment Management.
Ms. Phillips brings nearly 40+ years of admissions, financial aid, and enrollment management experience and expertise to Maine Maritime Academy.
While reporting directly to the President, Ms. Phillips will oversee the Office of Admissions and the Office of Financial Aid. Ms. Phillips' role will be threefold: recruit and enroll the class for the fall for 2021, prepare the institution to recruit the class for 2022 and beyond, and conduct a restructuring audit of the enrollment management operation.
Ms. Phillips will assume the full time assignment on March 30, 2021 and will be in this position for several months.
