D’Youville College, in partnership with the national search firm Scott Healy & Associates, is pleased to announce the search for an MFA in Dramatic Theater Arts Founding Program Director.  The Founding Program Director reports directly to the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences and will serve as the department leader responsible for the organization, administration, planning, continuous review, development, and general effectiveness of the MFA in Dramatic Theater Arts program.  In addition to teaching within the program, the Founding Program Director will lead the program development and assessment, guide the faculty in program development, accreditation self-study, curriculum, administration, teaching, research, and service. This is a full-time 12-month administrative appointment with a faculty appointment in the program.
