D’Youville College, in partnership with the national search firm, Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for a Founding Program Director and Professor in Speech Language Pathology (tenure track, open rank position).  The School of Health Professions seeks a full-time, tenure track Assistant/Associate or Full Professor of Speech Language Pathology for the newly created Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology program.  The faculty member reports directly to the Dean of the School of Health Professions and will teach a full-time schedule of courses in the program, participate in program development and assessment, serve on departmental and college-wide committees and other areas of institutional service.  The faculty member must hold a doctoral degree in speech language pathology, audiology, or in speech, language and hearing science, communication science disorders or related field and hold a NYS license to practice in a professional area of expertise.  D’Youville College is seeking an individual who loves educating students, enjoys the educational process, and works well in a team-oriented environment.  The search committee is especially interested in candidates who, through their research, practice, teaching, service and/or administrative experience, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
