Dr. Neale Chumbler is named Chair of the Department of Diagnostic and Health Sciences and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Accreditation at UTHSC
Scott Healy & Associates is pleased to congratulate Dr. Neale Chumbler on his new appointment as the Chair of the Department of Diagnostic and Health Sciences (DDHS) and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Accreditation at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC). Dr. Chumbler comes to UTHSC from the University of North Texas, where he served as Dean of the College of Health and Public Service and Professor of Rehabilitation and Health Services. Prior to UNT, he was the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services at Western Kentucky University.
Dr. Chumbler completed his doctoral studies in sociology at Case Western Reserve University and a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship in health services research at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
