Christopher Healy and his team were a pleasure to work with. They spent the time up front with us learning about our university, its culture, mission and growth plans, and what sort of program director we were looking for. The search initially produced an excellent group of candidates including three that progressed to on campus interviews. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on our recruitment efforts and we had to restart the search with a very different structure and circumstances.
