Although we had both the facilities and the funding in place to develop the first Master of Occupational Therapy program in Delaware, we had difficulty finding qualified candidates for the crucial role of program director. With critical accreditation deadlines fast approaching, we had little hope of having someone in place in order to launch the program on schedule. That’s when we brought in Scott Healy & Associates. Not only did they bring us the perfect program director, but they did so in time to help us avoid any costly delays.
