With 30 years of higher education experience, Dr. Kevin Hearn has become a voice for innovation and student success in higher education. His curricular and co-curricular leadership experience includes the management of critical areas such as enrollment, student affairs, academic support, and communications.

As both an administrator and a consultant, Dr. Hearn has worked with public and private institutions to help develop organizational efficiencies and improve students’ experiences, thus driving revenue. He has worked with small private and larger public institutions to develop strategies to raise the institutional profile, improve communications, leverage financial aid, and align admissions and retention goals with the institution’s strategic plan, budget, and operational needs. Using technological innovations and data to inform decisions, Dr. Hearn has helped institutions evaluate their operations and systems, study market data and influences, and implement best practices to achieve desired outcomes.  He has successfully created systems and initiatives to align campus communities around shared principles related to the institution’s mission and necessary fiscal margin. Dr. Hearn has also worked directly with academic leadership and faculty, as well as Boards, religious organizations, and governing agencies, to assess and improve pedagogy and policies which impact student learning and success.

Dr. Hearn and his family now live in New York and are avid Buffalo Bills fans.  Having raised their boys in Boston, they also cheer for the Red Sox.  When home, Kevin is an outdoor enthusiast who loves traveling in the Finger Lakes and Great Lakes region, as well as into Ontario and Quebec, Canada.
