Scott Healy & Associates welcomes Mr. Tim Nash to our consulting team. Tim has a diverse set of skills and an enrollment expertise derived from a 28 year career in enrollment management. His enrollment career path included stops at four Catholic colleges, one private university, and as an enrollment strategist at a higher education marketing and communication company.

In 2014, he made the switch from his Vice President for Enrollment Management position to enrollment strategist at Spark451 partnering with 20 institutions by assisting them in meeting their enrollment objectives. As a senior member of the client strategy team at Spark451, Tim worked closely with other strategists on developing and executing creative solutions to their clients’ enrollment needs. His expertise in enrollment and marketing includes message differentiation,  student search, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, electronic communication plans, printed publications, athletic recruitment, financial aid leveraging and yield strategies. He believes that the foundation of enrollment success includes: the use of varied data to make informed decisions, building teamwork through collaboration across campus, utilizing technology in all aspects of recruitment and enrollment, providing excellent customer service, and developing, training, and promoting the admissions staff.

Tim’s career in enrollment management includes success in undergraduate (first year, transfer and international) and graduate admission and retention. While Vice President for Enrollment Management at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, he led the recruitment effort resulting in an increase from 838 full-time undergraduates to 1,451 in 13 years. Tim is passionate about higher education.

Tim has presented on a variety of enrollment topics at regional and national conferences. Some of those topics include: financial aid leveraging, athletic recruitment, student search strategies and enrollment funnel management. He is an active member of NACAC, NYSACAC, NAGAP and the College Board.
