Ed Wilkes brings four decades of enrollment management experience (37 years) to Scott Healy & Associates including undergraduate, graduate and law school admission, financial aid, retention, enrollment research, and continuing studies with six different private universities, in southern states and New England.  Additionally, he has seven years’ experience in college counseling at a selective college preparatory school.At each of the higher educational institutions, Ed dramatically improved the recruitment, admission, financial aid, and retention operations, always achieving or exceeding enrollment goals.

His expertise includes: data analysis and data-driven decision making; scholarship leveraging; staff selection and training; development of effective marketing materials, communication plans, and campus recruitment programs; and wise use of current students and faculty in recruitment activities.  Ed has been an active member and contributor to professional associations his entire career including College Board, NACAC, AACRAO, SACAC, KYACAC, NEACAC, and LSAC. He served as Secretary-Treasurer and President of SACAC.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University and the M.Ed. in higher education/student personnel services from the University of South Carolina.  Ed has worked for Furman, Emory, Sewanee, Bellarmine, Fairfield, Quinnipiac University School of Law and Pace Academy.
