Every admissions office needs to become
more efficient and creative in delivering products and services
to prospective students and their families. Often admissions
offices conduct business "status quo" from one year to the next
making few changes in their recruitment, communication, marketing,

Retention Studies:
Retention of students on a college campus is every person’s
responsibility. However, there is often no one person or office
that is responsible, focused, or totally accountable in increasing
the retention rates, graduation rates, or improving time to
graduate rates of all students on campus. Many offices are,
in part, responsible for creating an environment, which is intended
to increase retention and graduation rates of all students.

experienced and very capable of conducting an Institutional
Retention Evaluation. This evaluation will outline the specific
areas with the institution where retention programs need to
be developed, altered, changed, and improved. Working hand-in-hand
with the institution, Scott's firm will develope new ways to
