CollegeNET- Senior Educational Consultant: Using 30 years of admissions and enrollment management experience, Scott has worked with many educational institutions in the public and private sector on the use of the Internet, WWW, and the latest technology used to communicate with, recruit, and enroll new students. It is using the "personal" recruitment techniques of the past in the "technology age" of the 21st Century that is so important to colleges and universities today. The Internet and the WWW have changed the work world so dramatically and we must be knowledgeable on how to use their power.

The Howard Design Group - Educational Consultant: Scott has been involved for many years in the development and design of College Web sites and Recruitment/Outreach publications. Partnering with the Howard Design Group, Scott is using the experience and expertise of a design firm dedicated to working with Higher Education.

The Yardley Research Group - A consulting practice focused on increasing the competitiveness of its client institutions. Among its consultants, it has collectively more than 150 years of experience working in and around education. For this reason, clients can be sure that the Yardley Group will create solutions that respect the cultures if its university clients and that are compatible with best practice in the field. The Yardley group brings a wealth of comparative experiences to bear on its clients' particular problems and issues. Though its practice began in the area of developing student recruitment strategies, it has done work related to research competitiveness, the creation and structuring of interdisciplinary graduate programs, particularly in biomedicine, the measurement of faculty instructional productivity in light of changing institutional characteristics, infrastructure planning, feasibility analysis, and institutional change. In short, the principals and staff of the Yardley Research Group have developed a capacity to solve strategic problems related particularly to research universities and generally to institutions seeking improvement or change in stature. The Group's current projects include the development of doctoral programs for research-intensive state university, the development of professional master's programs for small private comprehensive university, the re-engineering of a graduate admissions operation for a major public research extensive university, and an assessment, on behalf of several major land-grant universities and public flagships, of doctoral programs in preparation for the National Research Council Study slated to begin in Summer 2005.

The Newest Tools of the Trade: Scott has worked with a variety of companies that assist colleges and universities in using the latest technology to include: Predictive Modeling, Geodemography, Telecounseling, Segmentation Messaging, and Financial Aid Leveraging. To recruit new students in the 21st Century, professional admissions officers will be required to use the newest technology available and be knowledgeable and comfortable using them.

Annapolis Institute - Co-founder and Senior Faculty Member: since 1988, this unique Institute has served more than 1100 colleges and universities and more than 1850 professional admissions and alumni officers. The Annapolis  Institute has established itself in higher education as the leading conference in the country on using Alumni, Parent, and Student Volunteers in the admissions profession.
