Lloyd Tredwell brings to the consulting firm
26 years of successful higher education administrative experience
in the areas of graduate program enrollment management, transfer
admissions, enrollment information systems, marketing, student
services and academic advising. Most recently he was one of
the founders of the Graduate College of Union University and
served there as Vice President for Enrollment Management, Administration
and Student Services with a wide range of responsibilities related
to the academic and social aspects of student life, including
day-to-day operations of the College, implementing academic
rules and regulations, student conduct, registration, academic
programs, academic advising, admissions, and marketing. Lloyd
has been Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at Union College
and Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the School of
Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). There
he also served for 10 years as the Director of Transfer Admissions.
Prior to that, he was Director of Disabled Student Services
at Tompkins - Cortland Community College.
Lloyd is a strong advocate in the use of a personalized
information systems approach in enrollment management and student
services. He has been very successful at increasing enrollments
at both the undergraduate and graduate level using these strategies.
Lloyd is a founder of the New York State Transfer Articulation
Association and has served as its President. He has also been
a member of NAGAP, AACARO, NACAC and NETA where he has been
active as a presenter on enrollment management issues. He is
a member of both Phi Delta Kappa and Phi Theta Kappa and has
received the Epsilon Delta Sigma Management Award. Lloyd has
done consulting work at Stevens Institute of Technology, Michigan
Technical University, and Berkshire Community College. Consulting
