Jim McCoy brings to higher education 30 years
experience in admissions, financial aid, scholarship, retention,
and enrollment services. Jim has consulted extensively in the
areas of admissions office efficiencies, marketing, outreach
and communication strategies, assessment and evaluation of current
office operations, and leadership development. He is an innovative
problem solver and is in the process of developing an enrollment
services model at Miami University. He has worked in higher
education at Penn State University, Miami University and now
at Xavier University. He is a senior faculty member of the Annapolis
Institute and a strong motivational speaker. Jim has served
NACAC and ACAPOU in important leadership areas and has presented
at many national meetings in higher education.
