Rick Hall has been involved with student affairs,
financial aid, admissions, and enrollment management for the
past 3 decades. As Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean
of Students at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, Rick
was responsible for rebuilding the entire student affairs division
overseeing the Offices of Student Publications, National Scholars
Program, Career Planning and Placement Services, Minority Student
Recruiting, Financial Aid, the Health Center, Counseling and
Testing Services, Student Housing, and the Intramural-Recreational
Sports Program. He has done all this while streamlining his
administrative units at the University of Oklahoma and improving
services to students. Combining his current position at Oklahoma
City University in Enrollment Management,with his experiences
at the University of Oklahoma in Student Affairs, allows Rick
to see the challenges of recruitment along with retention for
all students from a student affairs perspective.
