Bob Evans has served in the area of financial
aid for nearly 3 decades having directed aid operations at Oglethorpe
University, Kansas State University, and Penn State University.
Bob was the Director of Policy Development for the financial
aid programs at the U.S. Department of Education where he presided
over the development and implementation of financial aid policy.
He has provided extensive consulting services to colleges and
universities that have resulted in efficient and streamlined
financial aid processing, as well as improving the awarding
systems that enhance overall admissions and enrollment management
goals. He is an expert in financial aid compliance and has been
successful in working with institutions to resolve program reviews
and audits. His expertise in financial aid processes is used
to assist institutions in the implementation of new student
information computer systems. Bob is the past president of the
National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators
(NASFAA) and has recently launched an innovative training center
for higher education professionals in financial aid management.
