Dr. John F. Dietrich joins Scott Healy & Associates and brings over 30 years of higher education experience in two- and four-year, public, private and federal, residential and commuter, and undergraduate and graduate institutions as a Senior Administrator. John has extensive experience in human resources management and affirmative action, and student development educational programs and services including institutional marketing, admissions and enrollment management, registration, residence halls, commuter services, counseling and career development, financial aid, health services, student activities, intercollegiate athletics and intramural programs, new student and parent orientation programs, student judicial affairs, immigration, veteran and military affairs, and career planning and placement.

John has served as a chief human resource, chief student affairs, chief admissions and enrollment management officer and faculty member. He earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Doctorate in Student Personnel Services from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. John also holds advanced certificates from Virginia Tech and Harvard University.

Dr. “John,” Vice President of Enrollment at St. Matthew’s University, also is currently appointed as a field force volunteer for the United States Military Academy at West Point, and continues to serve on the Selection Committee for Academy Nominations for The Honorable Mel Martinez, United States Senator, Florida.
