Paul brings 39 years of extensive higher education administrative experience to the firm. As President of AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) in 1998/1999, he led the organization back from the brink of financial and emotional disaster. He has also been President of SACRAO, CACRAO, and MSACRAO. In addition, he also served as Secretary/Treasurer of AACRAO and Treasurer of MSACRAO.

At the 2001 AACRAO Annual Meeting in Seattle, Paul received the APEX Award (Achieving Professional Excellence in Education Administration), as well as Honorary Membership. At the 2001 SACRAO Annual Meeting in Oklahoma, Paul received the Distinguished Service Award as well as Honorary Membership.

Paul served Furman University for 24 years and his organizational skills were demonstrated by reorganizing academic advising, the registration system and the evaluation of academic credit for transfer students. His number one priority has been developing excellent customer service. He served on numerous Faculty Committees and coordinated the work of the Faculty Appeals Committee, which dealt with all student academic appeals. Paul is an excellent academic advisor as well as an understanding counselor.

After retiring from Furman University, Paul served as the visiting associate registrar at the University of Central Florida. Prior to Furman, he made positive contributions to Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, the New Jersey State Scholarship Commission and the College of New Jersey.

Paul has participated in and endorses the importance of enrollment management on today's campuses.
