Len Wood completed 22 years as a successful Director of Admissions at Hobart & William Smith College and has been an independent consultant in enrollment and revenue management practice with both graduate and undergraduate institutions primarily, but not exclusively, with private colleges. Len's expertise assists college clients attaining enrollment and revenue goals through strategic planning, including staff and organization, assessment of mission and vision, imaging, pricing, recruitment programs, processing and selection, retention, staffing and budget. He has been very successful assisting colleges as an Interim Dean/Director of Admissions. Len is the co-author of Cost and Value of Higher Education, and the facilitator of management and consulting skills at strategic planning conferences.
